Sony Vegas Tutorial - Time Stop/Time Freeze

NOTE: Yes, I couldn't show you the example in the beginning, my bad, no worries though!

This tutorial shows you how to, "freeze time" for a set amount of time in Sony Vegas. This will work in all versions of Sony Vegas.
